★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the pleasure of dealing with TYLER at this store and he's been absolutely amazing!! Went into the store to look for my first bike as an adult, he educated me and answered all my questions. The bike that I wanted was not in stock, he helped me order it online and asked me to bring the bike in for assembly free of charge. A week later I dropped off the bike for assembly and I needed the bike assembled quicker than I was quoted at the store as I was headed out of town. I called the store to speak to with Tyler coz I knew he's the man for the job and ofcourse he was all over it right away! Tyler if you end up reading this thank you so much, you're an absolute legend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at this location was A+. A young lady helped me out. I didn't get her name but I think her name tag said D.C or something in that nature. She took the time to help when I was confused and frustrated on the right choice of winter gloves for my Kids. I would like her to know how awesome she was and she totally made my day. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in cambridge and i didn’t get slippers of my size so i visit this store in kitchener and like this this store a lot specially when i checked out the girl on the counter was really kind and soft spoken and nice, her name is Victoria and we are new here in Canada when meeting such nice and warm people thats really gave us a relief.

Worst customer service experience ever.
Had to call back 3 times after I got hung up om twice, apparently managing a phone is difficult.
Once I finally got through to the correct department the employee who answered the phone did so like he was doing me a favor.
After speaking with the manager on shift I have decided to order this product from an online store and have it delivered thus avoiding having anything to do with this horrible establishment.
I can see why brick and mortar stores are quickly becoming a thing of the past.
Shop elsewhere save the hassle and frustration
