Tyler was great and helped me setup a new plan and phone quickly after I smashed mine. Friendly and inviting staff even with the current covid restrictions.

After having trouble with Rogers Telesales, I visited this retail location & had a great experience with Chadd. I easily could have left as an unsatisfied customer, but he went out of his way to ensure the issue was fixed for me & I was leaving with the best deal possible.

I understand following covid guidelines is very important. After being told by the store employee to wait outside due to max capacity I was totally understandable. 2 people then walked out of the store and I was still told I was not allowed inside with my brother as I was helping him purchase the phone. They said that the other 2 were allowed in together in order to purchase a product. We were doing the exact same thing but denied entry. We also live in same bubble.

Honestly the most useless store. Telling me to google how to transfer my stuff over or how to fix problems. I got the premium device insurance and its a third party warranty. Bristar Worst company ever. They sent me a knock off that doesnt work properly. I am self employed i dont have time do deal with this. Rogers has become the most unreliable service out there. I have been with them for over 18 years anf its time for a change. Ill be putting in a complaint at head office that the employees at this store refuse to work or help and not doing their job. They are tarnishing rogers name. I have never seen such poor customer service. I have no idea what i am doing how do they expect people to do this ? Oh right... Google it... Pathetic.

Tried to order a new phone directly from Rogers. Dismal failure. The phone was intended as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I spoke with the manager, Roberta. She was incredibly professional and went out of her way to help me and had the appropriate phone transferred to her store inside of 24 hours. Her staff were knowledgeable and attentive. They explained how to transfer the data from the old phone as well as showing me the appropriate QI charger for use with this phone and why. I would never order a phone from Rogers online again, but wouldn’t hesitate to purchase one from this location.

Despite all rogers pointing you to use the online services for everything this store will refuse basic questions over the phone. I was told to β€œgo use apples website to learn what you need to know.” What a failure of customer service.

Door is locked and you cannot enter the store because they're 'at capacity' I look in the window there are only 4 people in the store... then they say you can come in and wait inside if you wish....You just said you're at max capacity!.. and several more people came in after me but anyway. They make you lower your mask and look into a camera before entering the store... are they insane?? People are worried about cov19 and they make you LOWER your mask. Why?! Terrible store. Never going back. I hope this location goes to zero with their stupid rules and bad customer service. Is this rogers cable store or a prison complex?... 2 Stars because the guy who helped me was actually good and I made sure to thank him accordingly.

Absolutely USELESS store, don’t go there unless you want to waste your time. What’s the point of having a store anymore if all they do is tell you to go online?? Arrived there to a completely locked door, making me think they were closed even though their store hours said they were open. I then hear someone talk to me through an intercom (?) asking me what I need. I think no matter what I needed he would’ve told me to just go online. So if you want to talk to someone in person, good luck!
