Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Service is incredible! Would highly recommend visiting this location! One reminder is that the store will be relocating sometime between Sep/Oct 2019

We have been with Telus for many years and in all that time the service on-line and in a store has been excellent. This morning, as we struggled switching from our old phone to a new one the service in the Stone Road store was nothing less than truly exceptional. The representative, Cassie, went out of her way to help a couple of seniors who clearly (when it comes to technology) live in the dark ages. Cassie was patient and thoughtful and throughout the switch over process she ensured that we were comfortable. To Cassie and the Telus Team we say THANK YOU!

Was on hold for 5 hours with Telus and spoke to 6 different agents. None of them had a clue what they were doing. Wasted my time, and they weren’t even able to activate their own phone. I regret switching to this awful company.

Had to do a repair on a brand new Samsung Galaxy s20 5G (come on Samsung, step it up) but the employees made it pretty much stress free, they were nice, efficient. Very nice dealing with them. Would recommend that location.

I ordered a Fall Alert for my mother. It took 2 weeks to get confirmation that it would ship. In the meantime I ordered from a competitor (took 15 minutes). Telus finally sent email confirmation that it was on the way but i did not want it any longer. I called and it has now been close to 2 hours on the phone trying to cancel this order.................Imagine if we did go with them and one of my parents did fall, Telus would have been notified and my parents would die waiting for them to send help. Telus...get out of this line of business!!

Had to do a warranty claim through Koodo which went fairly seamlessly and the sales rep who helped me was great. However we're on day 9 of "5-10 business days" so hopefully I get a call soon! day 13, still don't have my phone. Have now paid a tab charge for a phone I don't have which isn't great DAY 20 DO NOT BUY KOODO OR TELUS CPO DEVICES. I got my phone back from warranty repair today, AppleCare opened and diagnosed the device, but 20 days later they did nothing to service and fix it. Instead they managed to damage the screen that was already in the phone and sent it back to the store. This was a simple warranty repair, an NFC chip and a screen replacement, but instead they damaged my property and gave it back. Don't shop with Telus, take your business to Freedom Mobile L

Amazing customer service from Cameron, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly. I went in to upgrade to the Samsung S21fe, but upon arrival he suggested going to the Samsung S22 instead because of the promotion right now. I have had the S22 for about a week now, and I love it. Thank you so much Cameron for your help, I will definitely be back again.
