Went into the mall to up grade my phone for my birthday and had a great experience with the team at the Virgin booth in Stone Road. They were all very knowledgeable, super nice and really helpful. Everyone was awesome. Special thanks to Hazel, Amy & Taylor. Thanks again!

They switched my plan in 10 minutes and showed me the apps to use, making life way easier! Thank you ladies!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the service call center couldn't get us anywhere Amy and Blake stepped in and totally changed the experience and the outcome. we got what we needed, set up and out of there super quick and they were honestly super easy and friendly to deal with. Great job guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the best customer service I could have ever expected. If there’s a Christmas bonus to be had, Amy deserves it.
In the process of upgrading my phone, she answered all my questions in a friendly and knowledgeable fashion. When it came to options/add-ons, she explained the pros and cons of each and never once did I feel there was any up-selling. The phone that I wanted had to be ordered. Over the next week I frequently dropped by with more questions. Each time I received the same friendly, professional and informative help. At my age, this was / is much appreciated.
Kudos to Virgin for having Amy on board … a valuable employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best customer service I have ever received. I am a long time customer of Virgin mobile and have had my share of issues with their call centres over the years... However, my experience today with the store manager Alanna restored my confidence in Virgin mobile as a company and I am happy to call them my service provider once again! She met all of my issues and concerns with positive and friendly responses and truly gave a genuine interest in solving my problems (which she was able to solve all). I truly wish Virgin Mobile would provide more access to these remarkable individuals who are working their store fronts so that they could continue the amazing work they are doing without being so limited! Thank you Alanna!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i came into one of Virgins locations in a bit of hurry to set up a new phone plan for my boyfriend and I. we were greeted my two employees by the names Hazel and Amy and they were both fantastic, helped us with everything we needed, and really helped us understand everything we needed to know about the plan, and our phones in general. as a bonus they were extremely covid friendly and were very safe with the steps they took to insure their safety and our own!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely trash internet, if you live east of Guelph go with Cogeco. Literally 8x an hour the internet will drop or you will be without service for days without any apology from the company or any reimbursement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience dealing with both the Store and the Call Centre when trying to open a new plan. The Call centre sends me to the store to pick up a SIM, the Store says they don't give out sims and the call center is lying. I go back to the call centre and they say the store is lying. Store manager refuses. This is possibly the worst Cell provider of the bunch, find better.
