Store staff told me will be ready for pick up in store with in 3-5 buisiness days waited for 7 days and called the store in Guelph where I ordered it and they said they will call me back on 15 minutes..Didn’t receive any call so far So today called again the store to check and they said it’s probably not going to come in and staff asking me to come and get the refund with out any hesitation.,,what I was thinking if I don’t call them. Foot locker is going to have my money Do not suggest anyone to go tho this store especially if you are ordering it on line or to be picked up st store Very bad experience..,
J	Joey Muma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just stopped in to grab a pair of ball shoes the other day. Very friendly staff! One of the employees here knows his stuff about shoes, that’s for sure. I went around March 28th and there just wasn’t a crazy amount of inventory. “Covid times” probably plays a part but as far as variety goes it was average. There weren’t too many basketball shoes, mostly street shoes but if that’s what you’re looking for this is the place. Lots of AF1, Airmax and trailblazer colour ways.
B	Blake Dezormo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in Foot Locker multiple times with every intention to buy a pair of shoes but I just can't get the staff to greet or acknowledge me. It is very difficult to purchase a product if you can't try it on first. I have yet to have any positive interaction with the staff at this location and likely won't purchase anything here. It seems they are more interested in talking amongst themselves behind the counter than assisting customers. Buying a pair of shoes does not need to be a difficult task, but a poor sales team can make it one.

They didn't arrive I waited until dinner time on Friday still nothing but I received a message from a complete stranger asking if I ordered shoes. The package was labelled with my address but was delivered to a completely different address across town. I know this isn't the stores fault but wanted to let them know UPS is not a reliable delivery service. Thank God this lady who received my package was an honest person.

They jumped to help me locate a shoe in my size and even sent it directly to me at no extra cost. Wish I caught the blonde lady’s name but she was extremely nice and informative across the board. Highly recommend this location compared to other locations. See you soon footlocker!
I	Iftikhar Awan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Guelph Footlocker with my son to exchange 2 pairs of shoes, for proper size, bought online. One pair was almost un-touched, whereas, the other one was worn a few times. The boy at the store, told that one pair can be exchanged and the second one can't as it was worn out. We were looking at the other shoes for the size, when the boy came to us & told that none of the pairs can be exchanged as per store's policy. The store boy was very rude & was not ready to listen and gave us both pairs and just walked away. It was unbelievably horrible customer service, which was not expected from big chain stores in Canada. Myself & my son were stunned & looking at each other. Today we were in Kitchener for my son's game & went to nearby Kitchener store, afterwards. The employee on the counter was excellent and after thoroughly checking both pairs he exchanged right away. The customer service was amazing and we were surrounded by the staff and everyone was offering his help & they piled up a lot of boxes of shoes. The staff was very helpful & they even offered to order online for us. We will never ever go to Guelph store again. I suggest Kitchener staff should come to Guelph store and train/re-train its staff for customer service. I will never go to Guelph Footlocker again & stop my friends and family from going, as well.
