★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the staff here to be super helpful and friendly. I love the selection of clothes for myself and the children's section. I wish the maternity section was a little bigger as I like their meternity jeans but there are only ever two or three options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was upset when H& M left the Cambridge Mall, so thank goodness the one at Stone Road Mall is still there and has great selection. I wish their kids section was a little bigger but they still have lots of options.

Well organized to allow co.fortae social distancing. The bargain rack at the front of the store could of used a little attention. Several items badly hung and/or threads pulled to make the clothes unwearable as is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice collection but only come if you have spare 30-40mins to pay bill.
There were 42 people in que for payment in front of me when I visited.
Staff at cash counter was very cooperative and respectful but behavior of manager was totally down the line. He claimed that he is working with H&M since last 9 years but he looked totally unmature with customer handling. As his behaviour was totally disrespectful and rude.
They should need to add more billing counters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of clothes there but I’m giving it only 3 stars because the staff working at cash register are way too slow checking items out. Every time I go there especially on weekends such a huge line up. Needs to be more fast and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection, lots to choose from. It's a pretty big store and the staff were really helpful. I was shopping alone and needed an opinion on a dress. I asked the associate and she was honest with me that it didn't suit me as the cut wasn't flattering but in the same breath she said I have just the dress! She spun around, dashed off and in 2 mins returned with three options all were very nice but one was absolutely perfect. Wish I caught her name but she really knows her stuff.
