By far and away one of the best experiences I've had in retail in a LONG time. The mobile team was completely patient with me, (my cell provider did not make life easy for them) and the whole process was very nearly painless because of them. Nav and Victor killed it for me. Thanks guys.

Best Buy Guelph, always my favorite store. This time went there to buy a 75 inch TV, Jordan is great, he is very professional and knowledgeable about product, he assist me to select right choice. I am very happy with my experience with Jordan, Geek squad and Best Buy. Love our 75 inch LG.

I bought a Kitchenaid Stand Mixer from this store online last week, picked it up and yesterday I tried it out for the first time, only for it to knead for about 2 minutes and die on me, with smoke billowing out the back. I brought it back to the store and was helped at the customer service desk by Tala and another lovely young woman whose name I did not learn. They exchanged the stand mixer with no issues whatsoever, and Tala put the GSP 3 year warranty on the new mixer at no extra cost. Very happy with the service I received here!

Absolutely horrible experience!!! Purchased a TV stand from the Guelph Store which was delivered to our house. Opened package and TV stand was damaged. Tried to call the store, which BTW now doesn’t accept calls and goes directly to an automated customer service number. When I finally got ahold of someone they pretty much told me I had to return a 200lbs pound stand back to the store for a refund or live with the damaged stand. Never spending another $1 in a BestBuy store again!

My television stopped working 1-year after we got it. So I contacted the Geek Squad because I had the extended warranty through Best Buy and after 3 months of back and forth they were incapable of fixing the problem. I contacted Samsung, (outside of warranty) and explained Best Buy’s inability to honour their extended warranty and fix the problem, they sent a technician out within a week and fixed my television in 20 minutes. Don’t waste your time or money with Best Buy, terrible service and incompetent technicians.

I placed an order for a product and over a week later they contacted me to say they actually didn't have it stock. They provided me with a compensary ecertificate, for which I placed another order for store pickup. Despite the fact that I had to get it myself, they still hadn't bothered to update the order for a full week. I contacted customer support who blamed it on an address problem, despite again, it being a store pickup, but they said it should be fixed. Another few days and nothing happens, I contact again and then a few days later it finally updates the order. They never sent a email either, I had to keep checking manually online. Finally it was ready for pickup, and I swear to god not five minutes before I was about to walk out the door they CANCELLED IT AGAIN! Absolutely worthless stock management, I've never dealt with such a useless group. I will absolutely never consider Best Buy a valid option ever again.

Went to Best Buy to buy a FitBit and was there for nearly 15-20 to find a sale person and to open this cabinet. Not happy with the customer service.

I went in to purchase a phone and was asked if I wanted a protection plan. I turned it down several times until the associate told me he would throw in the case for free if I got the protection plan. I asked him if I would be able to cancel the protection plan after paying for the first month and he said yes, so I purchased it. After a couple of weeks I phoned to cancel and they told me that I had to go into the store. I went into the store and they told me to call. I called from the store and only after talking with the store manager, the call center and the associate did I learn that I cannot cancel until after 30 days. Apparently I would then be able to request a refund for the second month's plan. The only other option was to return the warranty and thus the case that I got with it. I took that option as I had absolutely no way of knowing if I was being lied to again. Don't trust anything that you are told when they are trying to manipulate you into purchasing add ons. I won't make that mistake again.
