A	Alex Ciccone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the mechanics did a good job on my car, they left it with the engine on, and doors unlocked in the front parking lot for 3 hours. Anyone could have driven away with a free car. I won't go back because of this.

Shop seemed empty, no one waiting ahead of me in the room. I don’t suggest this place for automotive care, at all. Won’t be returning.
A	Aki S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give them a zero Star but Google won't allow me the store hires the worst customer service people ever. if you need help in the store and you ask someone they will plainly tell you I don't work for this department go ask someone else rather than finding you the help and then if you go to someone else you'll get the same answer again and again and nobody in the store will ever help you worst store ever in Canada I don't even know why their name is Canadian tire they should change that
J	Jo-An Lauzon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has a fully stocked beautiful nursery outside and I have gone 2 days in a row and they are closed. It’s 5:08pm and 3 of us we’re trying g to get in. The young girl said that they are open from 8 to 5. We all work though the day so that is not very convenient. All 3 of us left and said we would not be back. I went to another nursery and spent $300ish. Maybe they will extend their hours in November. It’s pretty stupid when the rest of the store is open till 9 pm. Very disappointed ☹️?
V	Vicky French on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in knowing exactly what I needed. It was a large item that was kept in the back. Found an employee quickly who looked it up to ensure they had stock, radio'd to someone to bring one up to cash. I went to cash with the part number. Paid for it even before it had made it to the front. Was kindly asked to bring my van to the entrance and it was loaded in my van for me. The entire shopping trip probably lasted 10 mins! Fantastic!
V	Vivian Awoji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very terrible customer service. I brought my kid's bike for the tires to be pumped but the tires couldn't pump. I purchased this bicycle from Canadian tire and both tires happen to suddenly have bad tubes (according to them). I was charged $50 to fix it...more than half the price of the whole bike(cost me like $90). They said I would get a quote call a day or 2 after and I never did. Even when I called, they put me on hold forever. I finally went in and after Making me wait like 25 mins, they tell me the bike repairer didn't show up that week and I'd have to wait another week for a quote. What are the odds of the 2 tire tubes being bad? And when a guy from sports eventually attended to me, I told him I'll be sharing my experience through a review as I did not like the way I've been treated and his response was "that's fine". Very terrible customer service here, they waste your time and are really not in a helping mood. Now I have a useless pump I purchased from them which I'll also be returning because I'm not gonna waste another dime on Canadian tire. They were okay wasting my time, money and fuel. My kid was really looking forward to getting that bike

They knew nothing about them so they called another staff to the lighting department to help. Waited 10 minutes and no one came. I asked them to page the manager and after another 10 minutes still no one came. So waited 20 minutes without assistance! I left the store without being helped! This used to be my favorite Cdn Tire Store, but no longer. You cannot get knowledgeable customer service these days!! Not recommended!
