They were very helpful over the phone and a replacement phone was delivered very quickly. I am still going through the remainder of the process but based on the smoothness so far I anticipate no troubles. Thanks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Set myself up with a new laptop and added the monthly coverag by geek squad, I enjoyed interacting with the girl I was on the phone with as she let me take over to save time in communication.... Not many tech services let you take over... Only reason it's not 5 star is I felt like I was in and out fast with no relationship building between me and the company and no follow up to see how things were working to earn the final above expectations score.
Very much recommended though.
