New studentse specially international students can find the rent price more economical than renting a house outside of the campus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The residence is close to everything, including the university campus, Stone Road Mall, Walmart, Best Buy, Canadian Tire and many restaurants and grocery store in walking distance. It is kids friendly with play grounds and trails kids can bike on. Although the architecture is poorly looking, the inside design is functional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renting a single bedroom in West Resident is very expensive. Beware that the rent for the semester doesn't cover the last 2 to 3 weeks of school closure at the end of each semester. So you pretty much have to pay 500 per semester extra to stay in your room during those period.
