I know some people have had terrible experiences with Rogers, and we have too when it comes to cable/internet at home but we came to the Stone Road Mall location on Black Friday to get new phones and dealt with Tony Nguyen who is AMAZING. We also received some help from (I believe her name was) Kaitlyn. She helped put on our screen protectors and was just fantastic. Could not ask for better service from Tony! He saved us a ton of money and went above and beyond. We didn't leave the mall until 10:20 pm - he stayed the whole time when he absolutely didn't have to. He also lent me a cord so I could transfer my stuff over to my new phone because he knew we would be back on Sunday to get my husband's phone. At every single turn Tony went absolutely out of his way and above and beyond for us and for every single customer we saw him interact with that day. He even walked us out of the store with a friendly smile and a handshake! Can't say enough good things about this location and specifically about Tony - I hope he is recognized for all his hard work!

Zenia was great at helping me with information in regards to my cell phone plan and had a smile on her face the entire time. She was very knowledgeable and confident about the services she was talking about and would recommend her to anyone looking to discuss phone plans with. Well done Zenia!!

Words cannot describe how completely impressed I am. As I leave my nail appointment I noticed a struggling elderly couple accompanied by a Rogers employee from the Mall- Jack. His complete help and patience, as he walked these two across the mall, is completely admirable and speaks to loudly of the level of customer service he was willing to provide. He is the complete reason this couple travelled across the mall safely; they literally could not have done it without him. He went WAY above and beyond what is expected from a employee of the mall. Very impressed with your staff for going above and beyond! Just wow!

Had a good experience buying my phone two weeks ago here; however since purchasing, my phone is having issues with FaceTime and other connection issues. I was talked down to and told to do a factory and hard reset (I had already done three factory resets over this two week period and nothing has changed). I was hoping for some assistance but was just told what Google could have told me... So here I am with a brand new iPhone 11 purchased from here that doesn't fully work unfortunately. And since this was my second visit to the store hoping for some assistance but once again being told the same thing, I'm going to be past the date when I could return a NOT WORKING iPhone back to the rogers store for one that should work properly. Not to mention, I've done two factory resets and two hard resets since leaving the store this afternoon and the FaceTime is still failing to work properly. Not overly pleased to say the least.

Came to exchange modem for faster ignite service. ..that was fine but I am truly disappointed that as I was dealing with the associate I saw on the Screen a better deal than I got for 1g ignite $79.99 per month. When I asked if I could upgrade to that version I was told it was only for new customers. I am taken aback as my old 250 cost me a lot more than that although I had worked out a great deal I thought for upgrading to 500. I have been a customer for 13 plus years. Customer retention is not high on Rogers list. They seem to be catering to new customers who get better pricing than a long term customer. Unfortunately since they hold the monopoly of providers in Canada we are stuck!?

my daughter and I came in a few days ago to discuss new phone options, and James was patient and knowledgeable. We needed a couple of days to think about it, came back and James set us up very quickly with what we wanted. He was friendly, patient, and helpful. Great experience!

Received a text about a possible upgrade. Attended and received amazing customer service from Courtney. She researched our account and located numerous incentive upgrades. So much so we upgraded both our iPhones got 40GB data and pay considerably less than our prior contract and phones. Great job Courtney ! Thanks again for your professionalism and efforts

Having a very difficult time dealing with these people after my iPhone got stolen. Still waiting for replacement since 24th of Feb 2022. First they put warranty on wrong device during my upgrade process, and finally if they fixed that after 4 days, now their third company (likewise) they are still saying that my device has no protection. They don't have any information about warranty. Such a pain to call rogers, to store and likewise everyday. They do not provide loaner phones as well and I am without phone from last 10 days. As a business operator I am losing my clients because of them. I wish I could give them 0 star but there is no option to choose 0 star. Will never buy phone from them.
