Here's hoping their current incompetence, laziness, and surliness is just a product of a difficult time. Treating long-time, loyal customers like they are a nuisance and blaming them for their own mistakes is disgusting. When you make a mistake, own up to it and find a way to rectify it, don't defend it and blame the customer for what you did wrong.

Natasha was extremely helpful with very knowledgeable product suggestions - I went into the store looking for hand cream to help with an eczema flare up (and I honestly wasn’t expecting to receive much help)and I couldn’t have been more surprised! Natasha took the time to talk with me and ask what I was looking for and provided a few quality recommendations. They have a large product selection and reasonable prices for high quality natural products. I would highly recommend this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has supplements that you can't purchase elsewhere in Guelph. I bought L-tyrosine today. Before I went to Metro's, I went to shoppers, Zehrs, and called multiple supplement retail stores, yet, none of them have it. This is a place to go to if you really understand what you need. Btw, the ladies who work there are super nice!
