★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a miracle that their store was open during the global pandemic. My account was compromised and scammers stole my phone number in order to gain access to my personal accounts and steal from me.
Tech support was quick to handle the issue and the store was able to provide me with a new SIM card ASAP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During a long line up outside due to COVID, and 15 min to closing, they happily sold me a new phone and set it up patiently and very courteously. They were very kind! At 20 min after closing, there were still 4 people lined up outside. They calmly said they would take everyone outside. I was so touched and impressed at their compassion. Will definately return to this location for all of my ROGERS needs. Thank you so much :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store staff are deceitful, was lookin for a case for iphone 13 pro max and they gave me a case for iphone 12 pro max claiming it is for 13 pro max(props to them for blocking the item description in the box) . Got charged 40$ for tempered glass installation, case was 35$, tempered glass much more expensive than the tempered glass
