★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been getting my car insurance here for almost 20 years and I've always been happy with my service. The ladies are extremely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. They answer all my questions and are very thorough. I've never had a mistake made. My mom does all her house insurance thru them as well.
For many years my car insurance was cheaper with them than ICBC. They always check the price for both ICBC and private to give me the best prices. I moved out to Mission but I still come all the way back to Cloverdale to get my insurance renewed because it's such a pleasant experience. I never feel rushed even if there is a lineup. Over the phone I experience the same friendly, professional service as well.
