★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice I’ve ordered and both times they forgot a topping. The second time there was barely even cheese on it, you can see the crust. And no cheddar either. Waste of money Threw it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an extremely busy night for the team, and even though there was a wait the customer service was incredible. The team was working so hard to get all their orders out as quickly as possible. The pizza was delicious as always! Kudos to them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cook at home a lot... so being able to pick up cook at home pizzas from here is great. The dough recipe is excellent.. and I can add my own toppings to the pizzas before I pop them into the oven. Always get a very satisfying result.

Order it on thin crust. Called the store after getting home and looking at it and was assured it was thin crust. after cooking and tasting it I am sure it was an original crust.
Will not be eating it so in the trash it goes.
Very disappointed in tonights service.
I have to mention I come from Burnaby though this time I was in the neighborhood so at least I didnt waste me gas just for the pizza. Only however much my pizza was. Hopefully my bf's pizza will be ok
I have to add this isnt the first time they messed up. A while ago there was a really big sale so they were really busy. Again I ordered my usual or pepperoni and bacon and a veggie one for my bf.
We got home and as my bf is eating it he noticed MEAT in his Veggie pizza. After seeing the meat he had to throw the rest of the pizza away cause he wasnt sure if there would be anymore meat and he absolutely refuses to eat meat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their pizza here and Im a regular here . I order my pizza online and went and pick it up no need to wait but they are quick at making your pizza too. The prices is great and they are huge pizza which is great for a family . I ordered the meat lover and the chicken bacon artichoke pizza . Chicken bacon Artichoke pizza is my favorite pizza and didnt fail me at all. The kids love the meat lover . You can get it thin crust and its truly thin !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been coming to Papa Murphy’s for years; we actually have to go way out of our way to get here (we live in the Tri-Cities) but this past Friday, we had the worst pizza we’ve ever had from them. As usual, we ordered the Stuffed Chicken & Bacon, and first off, the crust barely rose in the oven; it also tasted like there were only half the toppings, and the crust was tough and flavourless. I then chose to make a post on the Papa Murphy’s Facebook page… I never heard from them, and I’ve just seen that they’ve deleted my post and changed the page so you can’t comment unless you’re commenting on one of their posts. Extremely disappointed in the pizza and their social media response.
