K	Karen Mendoza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst dentist office ever. DO NOT GO THERE. Save yourself a headache. Totally dishonest and rude. They double charged me and wouldn't return the money back to my card. I had to go there by bus to collect a check, and for some insane reason they were mad at me. Wouldn't even consider reimbursing me for the bus ticket. I'm certain they lied and made up that I needed fillings on multiple teeth just to get the money. I went to another dentist soon after, without completing all the fillings they said I needed and they didn't find any cavities. Finally, when I asked to transfer my x-rays to a different dentist they refused to send them. I had to again go to their office and argue for them to send x- rays that were mine and I had paid for. Still they only sent a couple of them. Would not send the panoramic out of malice, because they know that's the most expensive one. So again DO NOT GO THERE!

I just moved back to the suburbs from downtown and will make the trek from Delta to Langley because they truly are the best around. I highly recommend Hillcrest Dental for all your oral hygiene needs.

They make sure you get the proper treatment and make sure that you get the highest level of care there is. They are very efficient in the way they do things and it is amazing to see that they work smoothly. Also during this COVID pandemic, they are very good at following the procedures to ensure that we are all safe.

The Dentist here Dr. Kim is very professional, gentle and explain thoroughly what needed to be done. My family and friends have been in this clinic since they opened.

He explains everything clearly when it comes to having work done. He has also referred me to some amazing specialists for root canal and tooth extraction due to my really complicated teeth roots (genetic). Would recommend!
