Spent 18min on hold waiting for the receptionist to come back she never came back and just hang up my call. So rude she wouldn't even let me speak.

I went in to seek medical help for a chest pain. The doctor was reluctant to refer me to a specialist or prescribe me for certain blood tests. He said I pulled my muscle that’s why the pain is there. I had to go to a private clinic, pay expensive fees, to have that blood test done, and proved that it was blood clot related. I am very unhappy that the doctor in this clinic jumped into easy conclusions and turned me away.

The worst service ever, no one answers the phones and I've been calling multiple times throughout the day. When we got a hold of someone to follow up on test results they kept telling us doctors not working or in seems impossible to find out what's wrong with you and we had almost waited over a week to hear back. I highly recommend not using them. We had no choice on Saturday since they were the only clinic which had a spot for us. If I could i gave them zero stars.
