★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough about Sue and Howard at Rascals. Always very pleasant, very knowledgeable about their products and great advice too. Great selection of both raw and dry foods, and excellent selection on accessories as well. They have created a solid business with a loyal customer base, and these 1 star ratings are nothing more than somebody with an axe to grind, because these folks have the best pet store on the peninsula!! Their awards are a testament to that. You have a very loyal customer in us!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just got our first husky as a family dog and the first place we went to was Rascal’s. Sue and Howard has top quality raw food and bagged food for any dog. Since ours is quite picky, we chose to feed him raw food. Sue has a wealth of knowledge, not only for raw food, but each and every company that she buys from. That amount of detail is essential and you just know that she cares what you are feeding to your new furry family member. Lots of great accessories and treats to choose from as well. I highly recommend this great local/community store in Central Saanich/Brentwood Bay!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rascals is such a fantastic place. Sue & Howard are always there to greet you by name and offer knowledgeable advice on everything from raw food to treats. We have been working with Sue for a number of years with raw food and she has been nothing but a miracle worker. Rascals has become a much needed addition to the community and offers loads of choices for both raw and dry food. I always enjoy chatting with both Howard & Sue, they go the extra mile and beyond! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough about Howard and Sue at Rascals. They have an incredible selection of food, treats and accessories! Sue has been invaluable as to advice on recently switching our dogs diets. Always friendly and welcoming! The best pet supply store on the Peninsula!! I find the one star ratings given hard to believe, based on my own experiences. Sounds to me like a person with a personal agenda and an axe to grind.
They are simply the best, and won't shop anywhere else!! A great local source and lucky to have them here in Brentwood!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rascals is a top-notch specialty store with great prices and selection. The store is always very clean and inviting, with eye catching displays of useful and unique products. They have a curated selection of raw, dehydrated food, kibble, and a great selection of neat stuff such as apparel and toys, chews, you name it! The owners and staff are dedicated, knowledgeable, and most importantly, helpful and friendly! As a dog care professional and former pet store manager, I highly recommend this place. I don't go anywhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place we have to come once a while , because all my best friends just love the raw meat ? and Jackie eats at least one and half pound of meat every day, Mochi is a very small dog , so he doesn’t eat as much as Jackie . For him only half pound every day and he is happy with his raw meat as well !
