M	M Watkins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have found the owners of All Pets Brentwood so helpful on each and every occasion I have gone in there. They go above and beyond to assist me when I bring my dogs in for their Ubath and are always cheerful and friendly. Before moving to the Brentwood location, I often went into their store in Saanichton, both to bath my Aussies and to buy several items and always found fresh water for my dogs, both inside the store and outside too (so I'm not sure what a previous reviewer was talking about). My dogs always know they will get a biscuit treat when they go into All Pets and I always know I will get excellent customer service. I can't recommend All Pets highly enough.

Great selection of top quality dog and cat food and treats plus a fully stocked showroom of clothing, toys and goodies for your fur babies. While I was in the store I noticed she also offers dog grooming and a U bath services. I would highly recommend All Pets for all your Dog and Cat needs.

You had bulk crickets and expected my 6 year old daughter to get her own because you wouldn't. I haven't written anything personal, but you certainly have, which shows your lack of maturity and professionalism. The only person I sleep with is my boyfriend, who is legally divorced from your sister and that's ok. People are allowed to leave broken relationships and you Laurie do not have a say on that. My review is absolutely about your store and your rudeness is showing in you responses to negative reviews.

You can just tell she loves doing what she does when she welcomed us with a friendly smile and tour of her facility including her U-bath . She offers many services and i highly recommend her for all your grooming needs plus offers a wide selection of pet foods, treats, apparel, and a wide selection of chew toys and collars. I was in a bind to help my friend get her dog groomed before starting Chemo treatment and Laurie stepped up and got us in right away. The dog was very comfortable with Laurie and looked great when I picked her up. I also learned she has a U-wash station at her shop! I would recommend Laurie for all your pet needs! Please stop by and see her and her lovely rescue cat in Brentwood Bay!

The prices are great and all dogs gets a treat, her special homemade cookies, which my dog loves so much that I had to get another bag. I appreciate that people keep water outside for dogs but unfortunately some people throw cigarette butts in them so she keeps fresh water for the pups inside. As always, we will be back.
