★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive, cramped with super narrow aisles. They never have anything even remotely cheap even when on sale. For a chain with 10 or so stores they should at least have some decent sale prices but nope. I'll go to co-op thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is no longer the happy friendly store I used to shop at. It feels very hostile everytime I walk in now.
The new young supervisor tried to ban me from the store for making a complaint and having a different opinion than him.
He threatened to call the cops on me but had no grounds for banning me or being police escorted out.
Right away I was chased and followed through the isles like a dog until he finally passed me, making a snark remark under his breath, but just loud enough for me to hear. Very passive aggressive.
I was the one who stopped him so we could talk.
I bothered no other customers, was not mean or aggressive towards staff.
The only thing I seemed to have done to provoke this was challenge the boys perseption.
As the customer I am allowed to make a complaint about a store. I am allowed to have my own opinion of the store...WITHOUT BEING BANNED FROM IT.
Fairways you are taking things too far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alright I work here! A lot of customers like to blame the store for certain products but again, fairways is the market not the supplier. The staff here are super nice and LGBT friendly! At least half the cashiers are LBGT! The staff are amazing and always do their jobs and don’t deserve the hate they get when you come in without a mask. If you have a medical condition call ahead!

The meat department is disgusting...dirty , blood stains all over the cooler , expired grey meats...an embarrassment of a grocery store.
I recently visited the fairway downtown...day & night difference.
Can the fairway people please bring this location up to standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst fairways in Victoria for sure! The produce quality is absolute garbage, fruits go bad within hours while Walmart fruit stays good for days or even a week. The amount of times I’ve bought expired meat from them is disgusting. The employees behind the customer service desk find a HUGE power trip in being able to ID. (IDing elderly and then not selling to them if they didn’t bring it? Obviously the employees or management have no concept of peoples time or common sense) Save your time and go to thriftys or save on in Sidney.
