★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The time they close is really inconvenient and I can't get my pills in time! They need to change their time schedule 12:30 is too early to close! No one will go to a place like that if they close that early!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Virk is amazing! Extended his time just to accommodate me so I won't have to suffer from excruciating pain any longer. I have to say this has to be the best clinic by far! Staff are excellent, professional and friendly! I highly recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An extraordinary situation..I'm having incredible tooth pain on a weekend. I visit the ER to have it looked at and the attending doctor gives me some freezing to lessen the pain, but he missed the spot and only freezes my mouth, not the tooth. This kind of pain is crippling...and it continues. My lady suggests calling the emergency number for her dentist, Dr. Virk. After a very short time he calls back to see what's going on. After a short relation of my situation he invites us to his office (on a Sunday( as he's doing paper work or something and will be happy to assist. Long story short, he examines me and gives me a proper freeze so I can rest and let the antibiotics do their job...AND CHARGES ME NOTHING. Are you kidding me? That just doesn't happen. I'm going back to have the infected tooth dealt with. This guy is the real deal. If you want a dentist that cares about individuals..see this man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my first appointment to the clinic, the staff got to know me; I filled out a health questionnaire, then a dental hygienist & Dr. Virk thoroughly inspected my teeth. All staff members are kind, & considerate. Dr. Virk is a very good dentist. Hygienist is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always had a very good experience getting dental work done here, Dr Virk and the rest of the staff are always very welcoming and kind, the work done to my teeth is always excellent work as well. I highly recommend going to this dental clinic to get work done on your teeth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hadn't been to the dentist in 5+ years due to negative past experiences and anxiety. A family member recommended Brentwood Dental Clinic as I have been experiencing some pain lately and knew I needed to see one asap. I was very anxious upon arriving but the dental hygienist Ricky was amazingly kind and non-judgmental. Over the course of cleaning my teeth, she explained everything she was doing and checked in with me on not only how I was feeling in terms of physical pain, but she also checked in to see how I was doing mentally with everything. Dr. Virk was very kind as well, he was non-judgmental and alleviated my fears of coming to the dentist.
Overall, I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone with dental anxiety and fear. I highly appreciate the kindness I received from Ricky and Dr.Virk and will be returning for any future dental needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apr 2022: Been a client for more than 12 years. Was just in for a regular checkup today and was personally offended by Dr Virk.
I get my teeth cleaned at a hygienist clinic not at Dr Virk’s dentist office. The reason: I have had mixed results with the high rate of turnover of his hygienist staff over the years. For the past 3 years I have them cleaned by a very competent hygienist that does very good consistent work.
Today the offending comments happened after my checkup when Dr Virk seemed upset and using all the guilt tactics he could, told me I should for be using his clinic and not getting my cleaning done elsewhere.
He stated it was my choice but would be in my best interest to use his clinic “for the full service“.
It was almost to the point where I thought he was going to tell me to find another dentist to go to….
It made me think maybe I should look for another dentist that doesn’t do these kind of BS tactics on clients.
I would expect he should be happy I have remained a loyal client for the services he does provide. He is a good dentist but needs to improve his customer service skills or he will lose more patients.
