★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never written a review for a business but I deem this one necessary. I would encourage people to ensure they do not charge you for unnecessary or UNREQUESTED exams/treatments. Also, opt out for an emailed invoice and don't leave unless it is in your hand. It is a shame we have grown to accept practices of legalized robbery as the norm. Take caution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using this vet for several years even commute out from Colwood to stay with them.
Recently we went through having to put our big fur baby down and they were nothing short of spectacular in helping us. A big shout out to dr clooney she’s amazing and gave all the advice that was best for our boy
Then today we arrived home to flowers and a card from the clinic. I can’t say enough how thoughtful and professional the whole team is

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and polite medical staff. Doctor's seemed to take all the time we wanted and needed, never felt rushed. Our fur baby loved them. Everything was clearly explained. Thank you all for taking such good care and also such good follow up, great job to the whole team, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very kind and friendly staff. Dr Breanna Clooney was very thorough. She took her time explaining things to us, her and the other medical staff never made us feel rushed. Thank you for taking such good care of our dog, Jax! Would definitely recommend Central Saanich Animal Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Following their adoption from the BC SPCA, I brought my three guinea pigs in to see Dr. Clooney. Great location just off the road and it's easy to find a parking spot.
The staff here are some of the most caring, yet easygoing individuals I've ever encountered in a vet's office. It was easy to book an appointment and the vet techs were enthusiastic and efficient upon arrival. They took our info quickly and seemed to adore our guinea pigs.
Minimal wait time to see Dr. Clooney, and when I did see her, she was more than happy to help educate me further on cavy care. I asked many questions, and she was very patient and made sure I understood everything before concluding our appointment. Usually, vet visits are stressful for us, but the staff truly loves what they do and it shows.
Highly recommended for a great, stress-free experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most caring and professional animal hospital I’ve ever been to. The amount of respect they treated our kitty with at the end of her life was amazing. They took the time to send a detailed message to us all about the procedure they were going to perform on our cat. Dr. Chou answered all of our questions and was so compassionate about our lose. I cannot recommend this place enough! You can really tell they love animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff is always so kind and helpful, not to mention Dr. Clooney is the best avian vet around. i really appreciate how quickly i was able to get my bird into seeing her, and how quickly she was able to treat my little Ollie’s problem. i also got a follow up email from them a few days after the appointment just to check up on him, and that made us both feel cared for :’)
