★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though the customer service is friendly which is a must for any store to make business they are very sketchy with their prices I've been ripped off a couple times specifically when it comes to their memorabilia items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't order from these guys online! Paid for a Raptors cap on June 17th. Told out of stock offered a refund, accepted offer all in the same day. Fast forward to today - July 13th and still no refund. PISM blames Paypal for "auditing" their merchant account. Filed Paypal chargeback on July 4th and as of today they have refused to respond to the claim. Meanwhile the item I purchased that was apparently out of stock is still available online for purchase today! Buyer beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small store with tons of merchandise. And they do offer custom stitching for most of the jerseys if you are interested in that sort of thing (Not NBA or NFL ... But you may want to double check that). Service, the times I've been, was good.
