β β β β β We have taken products to this store to be serviced for many years, and as recently as a few weeks ago: food processor replacement parts; mixmaster auto off malfunction; shaver service. Pleasant and efficient service, all within reasonable cost and promised timeframes. We will continue to use their services in the future as needed.

β β β β β I brought a Saeco espresso machine for repair to Personal Edge which had issues with the grinder. I was provided with high quality service and my repair was done quickly. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. This is a great repair place.

β β β β β I had my Saeco Gaggia espresso repaired for faulty circuit board last year and was quite satisfied with their service. I got my parentβs DeLonghi Automatic espresso fixed for boiler issue They are very courteous and had provided regular feedback and handled the job very professionally. This is definitely a go to for all espresso repairs and are highly recommended.

β β β β β I had multi issues with my five years old Saeco espresso machine. The machine was professionally diagnosed, and the staff provided and explained a detailed estimate. There was an issue with the cleaning cycle. My machine was serviced and repaired last month, and we are enjoying the coffee. A month after, during the cycle cleaning, I thought the machine had a similar issue again. I quickly brought it to the store. It turns out the cleaning cycle took about 30-45 mins and I waited only 15 minutes before jumping the gun and claimedΒ it was broken again.
The second diagnose was free though a month's warranty had already expired.
The staff has a very welcoming and positive attitude. This would be my go place for all appliance repairs.

β β β β β I have got my two espresso machines serviced and repaired at Personal Edge. One was Breville and other was Philips automatic. I had a very positive experience. These people are quite friendly and very professional. They discuss the issues of the machine and estimates in detail. Kept me posted. Demonstrated some functions which I was not aware of. They do a perfect job and are always available. Highly recommend for espresso service.
