★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know I have to do this as it is way beyond any patient's expectations. Ever since I called the clinic last Thursday, there have been two different doctors who followed up and checked on me for the past 3 days, one on Saturday and one today. I am extremely grateful to them coz as is well known, doctors are extremely busy nowadays but they still take time and effort to make sure that I follow the right steps about my incident. I just want to say thanks to the doctors in this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Things can be a little frustrating during these times and clinics are the front line to wet noses.
A little patience goes a long way while dealing with an over taxed health care system.
I’ve been coming to this clinic for over a decade and have always been treated well and health issues addressed and taken care of!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have repeatedly been prescribed Steroid nasal spray for the past year with no in person visits. They just told me to get allergy meds and then gave me MORE steroid nasal spray. Saw another dr and they set me up with a ENT refferal right away. Also my partner was coming here for 2 YEARS about a persistent skin issue on his face and they had him applying CORTISONE- TO HIS FACE -Everyday for 2 years!! He saw a dermatologist Finally after a year of them refusing him and his skin cleared up in a week. The dermatologist was APPALLED and said applying cortisone to any area of your skin for a whole year will Mess it up!!
THIS CLINC DOESN'T CARE ABOUT IT'S PATIENTS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The over the phone service is awful with the automated service. It is so unfriendly and impersonal they want to shift all the responsibility o to the patient and make it very difficult to see a dr.
And threaten that if you dont answer all their wuestions correctly that you will not get a call back. Then when you go in they want to pump you in and out as fast as possible because the Dr’s get paid per visit. Some of the Dr’s have been very nice
At times, but overall this is a awful system

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist was kind and fast. But that was the only good thing about the visit. Unfortunately the actual doctors visit was terrible. Waited about 20min in a small room and afterwards the doctor was extremely unattentive and did not seem to care much about the issue. Barely asked a question or two and had to intention to clarify possible treatment at all. The actual visit literally probably took like 3,4 mins. Would definitely not going to be back there again.

I needed a medical form filled out for my work. Paid over $100. Was treated like a nuisance and was literally told by the receptionist "go get a family doctor and have them fill it out next time"...
I have had these forms completed before at other clinics- as they are extremely common- and have never had any issues or complaints. Other doctors did a proper assessment and filled out all the information in detail and were extremely friendly and professional.
The doctor I saw here was inattentive, unfriendly and honestly seemed like they hate their job. It was uncomfortable and if I hadn't paid out of pocket I would have left.
They truly do not care about you or your health.
Overall the staff is unprofessional and treat people terrible. You're better off going ANYWHERE else. This place is a joke.
