★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kato Electrical was hired to replace the electrical fuse panels with circuit breaker panels in our 21-unit apartment building located in Vancouver. According to my building manager, "Jason was amazing with us. Working on different floors to accomodate people. Some days we were on every floor. Many had requested specific days and times because of working at home during Covid. We were able to accomodate everyone's requests. He was just so pleasant and understanding."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Julian is the best electrician I have ever used! He is friendly and knowledgeable. The repair was done smoothly. Julian even managed to give my son a short electrician lesson while we are at it. I would highly recommend Julian and Kato to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They came to our condo to assess the work with no charge and accordingly the sent us a quote. They came at the day of service on time and accomplished the work. No surprisingly hidden fees, I will definitely call them again if we have an electrical problem in the condo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I had the bathroom and hood fan installed at my place. I called the Burnaby number to make my appointment. The electrician came for an estimate and a week later to install the fans. He was a very happy person, who really enjoyed his job. He was pleasant and communicated throughout both jobs, the next step and what was going on. Also, he was dead on with his estimate. I will definitely hire Kato Electric in the future.
