They were prompt and communicative throughout the process. They had to cut drywall and run a wire a fair distance behind my washer and dryer….It got unexpectedly a bit complicated when moving my washer and dryer out, but they stepped up to the plate and got it all done in a timely manner… and they also did a couple of small things that weren’t in the quote…Ty?. I would deal with TCA for any future electrical issues…. thank you TCA Electric.

They are super responsive, provide great advice and suggestions about what you need and then send a detailed quote with multiple options. They provide great quality work and value for the money. We had an outdoor outlet added, a sensor security light and 2 beautiful pot lights around our BBQ. Everyone in the family is happy. We will absolutely call TCA again for our next project.

They were very professional with a lot knowledge and explained everything with me. They helped us to obtain the city's permit and made sure everything is safe and secure. A	Andrea Ryan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a small disaster a couple of weeks ago when a tree came down in our yard and took out our power lines. It quickly turned into a very large project to get the power on again because of new regulations regarding power line heights and rights-of-way. We contacted TCA Electric and Brad Pace came out right away to take a look, and we very quickly brought him on as our project manager. It was a complicated job with many moving parts, including having a new pole installed, new lines put in and anchored to the house, permitting and inspections. Many parties were involved - including TCA Electric, a drilling/pole installation company, BC Hydro and the local district. Thank goodness we found Brad - he managed everything for us and devoted many hours to planning, and coordinating all parties involved to get our power back on as quickly as possible. We were initially told it would take about a week, but Brad made it his mission to do it quickly, and had our power back on by the third day he was involved. He and his TCA colleagues were professional, courteous and knowledgable, as well as kind and caring. They were also extremely honest about our costs, tried to keep them as low as they could, and stuck to their estimate despite several glitches that could have increased our charges. I can't thank Brad and TCA Electric enough for the amazing service and work they provided, and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional, efficient and honest company.
A	Adrian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pleased with the electrical work that TCA did for my townhouses renovation that I recommended them to our strata to replace old florescent lights in the common garage and stairwell with more efficient and brighter LEDs. John the project manager was great with communication to set up the project and schedule the work, and Jake the electrician did a great job removing the old lights and installing the new ones quickly over two mornings. Our strata is quite pleased with the much brighter garage. I would certainly recommend TCA for a future project.
