Sitting at home waiting for the call and it came from a private number, which, due to the number of spam calls, of course I've blocked them. The receptionist failed to inform me if this, something I would have immediately made note of so they called and got sent to voice-mail. Now, I have to wait for 3 other patients due to her mistake. So not cool when you have other appointments even with the extra time I allowed. ?

The doctors are nice and I’ve been going here for years, but it is supposed to be a walk in clinic and the last doctor I spoke to told me to call day of to get an appointment. I called 11 times yesterday and left a message as well as called 3 times today and left a message trying to get an appointment and literally NO one ever answers the phone. How am I supposed to talk to a doctor if I can’t even get an appointment. You are a walk in clinic yet I can only get an apt a week out?? I’m so disappointed and stressed as I need to talk to a doctor today?!
J	Jie Pan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visit this clinic and meet Dr. Jordan Sugie who is clearly passive aggressive and unprofessional. I have been to variou clinics before including Toronto and Calgary and those doctors are all great and with care. But Sugie really opens my eye for the first time that a person with zero care toward patients and only want to finish his job ASAP can still be a DOCTOR. Even as a normal person, he is RUDE. I did not wear mask yesterday and no one told me this is still a must during my wait in the clinic. Sugie saw that and ask "You don't have a mask?" , tones feel like I was making a terrible mistake. I said no, then he went out without a single word and later he came back and literally throwing a mask on the bed and went out again without any words. For the rest, I don't even want to waste time describling. In short, he only want to give me prescription and does not care what I was saying. That was such a bad experience!
S	Sarah Janssens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very helpful, very unclear in communication and basically all over the place. Booking system randomly cancels appointments without any follow up or reason. Also felt like doctor Sugie doesn’t care about me at all, just needs to handle off this 5 minute call/ appointment with no emotion or social interaction at all and move to the next patient. A little humanity would be nice. Wouldn’t recommend if you value a personal touch.

The staffs in the clinic answer the emails quickly and you can get online appointments easily.but no one answer the phones. I didn’t have any problem here. I only suggest them not to work with Downtown Radiology and not to refer patients to them . I went there twice and both I had very bad experience

The wait times have always been less than 5-10 minutes and I always feel heard and well taken care of. Highly recommend Dr. Amid and this clinic.

Booked an online appointment for 8am, waited for over 30 minutes in the virtual lobby for the doctor, only to receive a popup notification that the appointment has been "cancelled" by the doctor, no prior notice, no explanation, nothing. Also with no way to reschedule. Tried calling their office as well but as others have already mentioned, good luck getting someone to actually answer. Steer clear of here if possible.

I usually book my appointments way in advance and this time my appointments got cancelled twice on short notice and now i have to book my appointment right before my prescription runs out since there is barely any availability. I even tried calling to book an appointment today but...no answer. Anyways at least the visits are short and sweet just wish there was more availability.
