Hope this review helps others who are looking to park at this place. We realised that parking on the street is more safer than parking at this place. Our car got broken into in broad daylight a few days ago and when we approached the security he could care less and was absolutely rude. These guys are absolutely unapologetic and irresponsible, there was a camera right above our stall and when we called easy park customer service they said that they would release the video footage only to the police which after the police investigation it was determined that it was a live camera and does not have any footage. The least they could have done was refund our parking money when we requested for it on the website , they got back to us saying that they will not refund the money because it is apparently in their rules that customers should be aware that we park there at our own risk. Absolutely ridiculous and shame on Easy Park for this kind of customer service.

No one parks here because there is adequate street parking, which is safer than an unsecure open air lot in Chinatown. Parkade should be torn down and lot used for something useful, such as an arts & entertainment venue, condos, etc.

Parked my car here for a few hours while I went to see a show. There was a security guard making sure everyone's vehicles were safe and there were security cameras everywhere. Parking was a decent price too (10 bucks to park until 6am)

I usually park my car on weekends at this lot. I really appericiate security guy working in morning's taking care of all the cars parked. I usually see him making sure cars are secure.

I walked around the parking lot trying to figure out how to pay, as I did not see any parking booths. I walked to the front of the parking lot to see a board that described how you can pay online. I attempted to pay 3 times, via the EasyPark website and app, HonkMobile and Pay by Phone. Every time, the transaction didn't go through. Seeing how there was no attendant and no security, I decided to return to my car quickly to drive out of the parking lot. When I returned, I saw a ticket. This is unacceptable- I wanted to pay but there were no payment methods that worked. I never even left the parking lot to go anywhere as I was trying to find a place to pay. When I received the ticket, I drove out to find alternative parking since it was clear no one would help me. I promptly filed an appeal, but it was rejected because they were "unable to confirm a valid payment at the time." Of course it wouldn't -because the 3 platforms for paying online were not working. There is no apparent alternative to paying other than online, as there was no parking booth or signage indicating if there was an area to pay with cash. It's comical how there is someone available to give you a ticket, but no one available to help you pay if you wanted to. Avoid parking here at all costs - park near a street meter that accepts coins instead.

Went to scope out this place for parking. Horrible. 1) Where does one pay? I went all around and finally found one pay station on one of the upper floors. There is no sign indicating where the pay station is. As others have indicated LOTS of signs telling you to pay with phone via some app or other but usually they don't work or there's no coverage or no smartphone or whatever reason. 2) Where's the attendant and security? I was cruising around for quite a few minutes up and down the levels and saw no security around. I saw their cars... 3) It's EXPENSIVE and the scheme is ridiculous. $1.85 for the first hour which is already not cheap for a place nobody comes to. And then 1.5 hours is, if I recall, close to 2x. But wait, buy 2 hours and you get 1 hour free! Except do the math, the cost for 3 hours is more than 3x 1 hour 4) There's an EV charger, and when I was there, one was taken up by the security car. On top of that, it charges $2/hour for the first 2 hours, which is ok and it goes up for more time, but that's ON TOP of what you already pay for the parking You'd think they want people to stay away from this place. Look if you're not gonna properly run a parking garage, you might as well tear it down and turn it into something else.

Cheap parking structure and seems secure. While I was there I saw a couple having an argument. The lady reached into her purse and threw a handful of cinnamon into the guy's face and he didn't even seem mad about it. The cinnamon was either loose in her purse (?) or she has an open bag of cinnamon in there.
