★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Dr. Ko's office with my husband for medical exams for our PR application. First of all I was very happy that they open Saturday. Even though Dr. Ko was very busy, he was kind to us and answered all our questions.
Because we live far, we arrived too early, but he helped us right away anyway. We actually finished everything before our actual appointment time. It was so quick I couldn't believe, very efficient with the exams being done in the same building, saves a lot of time!
We got our email on the same day with our medical exam profile to send to our immigration lawyer. Very happy with the experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Simon was an amazing and friendly person who kindly offered to email me my testing results back. However, when I called the receptionist this afternoon to confirm, this lady who speaks mandarin was surprisingly inpatient and unprofessional, who refused to double check with Dr. Simon despite the fact that I told her what happened. This place honestly deserves a better receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had my immigration medical check here this morning. I was a bit nervous at first but Dr. KO is truly exceptional From the moment I entered the doors to the office, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease.
He is extremely knowledgable and personable. I never was made to wait, they were super speedy in processing all the medical. The clinic is inviting and his beautiful staff members are friendly and helpful in every Way .
I've never reviewed on Google but this is a first time and I made it because of his professional service! Highly recommend for everyone! Thank you Doctor and I wish you all the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into the clinic by mistake, looking for a walk in clinic near by. The doctor saw me right away and helped me with my health issue. Even though the doctor is semi-retired and not taking patients, he helped me to get what I needed and make sure to give me multiple options for a doctor in the future. The doctor thorough explained to me what was going on as well as the treatment plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Simon Ko and his staff were very nice and did a very good job making their clinic relaxing environment for their patients. Also, both lifelabs and radiology are located in the same building which makes it more convenient for the patients. Highly recommended!

He not just simply did the job but really cares about the health of my Dad and for his best interest. Both of Dr. Ko and his staff are patient and kind, and i would highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best clinic to get your immigration medical exams done. This was a recommendation from a friend and we drove from Langley to get my husbands medical. Glad we did, everything was great from the booking to getting our results. Front desk is extremely nice and helpful, Dr. Ko is kind and knowledgeable. 100% would refer this place to friends and family. Thank you Dr. Ko and team for making what was supposed to be a stressful situation easy peasy!
