★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mature lady (not a millennium or a teenager), told me to “shut up” after I accidentally dropped a sunglass and was trying to apologize!!!
This happened at their kiosk at Toronto Pearson airport. Whoever is managing this business, needs to do a better job in hiring sales reps!! The sale rep was talking to another woman from the kiosk next door and wasn’t even paying attention to me. So, if you’re paying them thinking that they’re working, well, they are not !!!
