Work was completed when and as promised.
My only complaint and this is pretty minor the original price quoted was higher than the final total. The price difference caused some Anat until I got the final bill.

Service Advisor was efficient, friendly and service itself took about 25 minutes. Took my appointment on a Friday evening and scheduled me for Monday morning. Offered me a ride home, but needed to wait that day. Extremely convenient, keep up the great work.

She spoke to me like i was a person and not just a number such a sweet lady and made me actually wanting to continue to use North star ford. Bill, especially, was quick to communicate any updates, and beyond accommodating throughout the entire 3 month process. Having to fly in to pick up a vehicle and leave night of, I could not have asked for more of a smooth and quick experience. I can’t express how friendly and accommodating everyone was. If over 5 stars was an option I’d give more. If you’re buying a vehicle I HIGHLY suggest the Crawford North Star Ford dealership. I’ll definitely be back for my next purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought dealers are better than private but they're worse. My instructor once told me that "a picture is express more than a thousand words"
I found my car still dirty after they said they cleaned up for the second time then I start vacuuming the the glovebox fall down. The hinges were broken, I contact them because on their detailed paper mentioned they replaced the cabin air filter so I confronted them they denied. Every customer can see what I got from the pictures. It's not worth to do business with them.
They stated that new oil & filter, air filter, Under spare tire ti messy.....
