Every staff member we encountered (Blair, Mark, Jeff) were down to earth, not pushy or pretentious, and were just up-front and honest. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase, and they made it easy from start to finish. I have dealt with other bigger city dealerships than this before, and they could learn a thing or two from Regal Motors on how to do business! I will return to Regal when I am ready to make my next vehicle purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I was told by pretty much everyone in the building that for the last 150 years they have never had such a thing as a cabin air filter yet in the manual there is a part number for it plus if you go to YouTube there is a video on how to change it I have been charged for 3 filters that supposedly do NOT exist so what did they do because I have dust allergies they gorilla taped the fresh air intake vents

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our calipers seize up as we were approaching rosetown. 1.5 hours before closing we popped in to regal thinking they would laugh us out of town. But they were very nice blokes and got us in Pronto and even worked overtime to get us back on the road. All service with a smile to boot! Thanks team Regal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our F350 got serviced and deleted after some DEF issues.
Job wasn't done correctly as the truck had way too much power and related issues. Other Ford dealer turned the settings down but the truck isn't the same anymore. Truck died within 20.000 KM after this all started and we spend close to 10K on it between the two dealers. Regal never replied to our first complains and questions, would not suggest to go back there.
