★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great customer experience at Nike located at Fairview Mall. Nikta and Mike went out of their way to call different locations to find a pair of shoes I was very interested in buying. They located a store that had a pair, called the store and waited until someone picked up, and got the pair of shoes shipped to my home address. This is what I call going above and beyond!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the story 3 WEEKS AGO and I tried on a running shoe ,they didn’t have my size in the color I wanted so the associate suggested me to order it and then pick it up IN 5-7 business days. Every week I call them they have no idea what I am talking about and they keep saying you should be able to pick up on this Friday, it has been 3 Friday’s since I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABALE TO PICK IT UP BUT STILL NO UPDATE. Worst experience I ever had with Niki store I’ve should have just bought it online. However the store manager, Andrew is very nice and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience so far with Nike in this particular store. We went to return my wife's shoe that we bought from some other store.
The lady at the counter first check the box of the shoe and mentioned there are spots on the box. God knows what's the deal with the box. Then she called the store manager. He opened the box and told me the shoe was worn and they can't take it. Also he said this shoe they don't have in stock and can't sell it. Not sure what he meant by that. In reality my wife just tried the shoe in the store and never touched it. She got another Nike shoe in cheaper price and wanted to return it. Although we mentioned this to the store manager, he was adament and his attitude was so unprofessional. He doesn't care of the customer satisfaction and not ready to trust his customer. Never had such a bad experience with Nike in my life. Will never go back to this store in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got airforce 1 and the first time I wore it, I experienced really bad pain stabbing in the back. I didn’t keep the box so I couldn’t return to the store or exchange. I was told to claim online but my claim got denied for “size” but it is NOT a size problem since it is very comfortable in terms of size. I was disappointed that there is a manufacturing issue and yet they didn’t solve this issue for me with a simple refund or exchange. I only wore the shoes for 10 minutes. Thanks for a bad experience, Nike. Not going to be customer anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year, the cashier gave the merchant copy receipt and I had to drive an hour the next week to get the customer copy to return them at a store near my home. This year, I was given a boxed pair of shoes that had lipstick on them. The size was off, tried to exchange them at Fairview, Mike the manager explained store regulations but, he made things right and I appreciate that. Fairview Mall location has much better customer service. I will not take a chance at the Eaton Centre location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great experience. A young Asian gentleman with cool hair was very helpful. He recommended Pegasus 38 for running and I love them! He even had a pair on himself. I also got a really good deal on socks at the cash from the cash lady with glasses. Can’t wait to come back. Such a fun and friendly environment.
