β β β β β Went there for a tennis racquet. Upon arrival, noticed that they did not have their stats listed (ex: weight, length). When asked for more information, was not provided with any specific facts, simply misdirection. I ask, "how much does this weight?" The person replies with something along the lines of 'Oh, don't worry about all that. Just hold it and see if it's right for you.'

β β β β β When I tried to buy a badminton racket for the first time, I was surprised by the poor service attitude and the lady's tone of voice. I'm sorry, but your" shop" i won't turn back, even i want to cost 500 dollars!

β β β β β I would say this is the most affordable place to get your racquet restrung. they take 1 day and found that they charge way less than Max or Racquet guys...i will say they dont speak english well so communication might not be fluid but i am happy with the re-stringing job. if you need it within like 2 hours, racquet guys is good but they charge 21$ (+ tax) for labour. i paid 21$ (tax in) in total at J and J for string plus labour. i got bg65

β β β β β The staff was very friendly and helpful when I went to get my badminton shoes there. The prices are comparable to other stores of this kind and the selection is pretty good. There is a big variety of shoes and racquets for tennis, table tannins, badminton and others

β β β β β Best place to get your badminton needs. They do great quality repairs and are knowledgeable in their equipment. Prices are very fair for both repairs and new equipment. Would recommend to anyone that is serious about Badminton and looking for excellent service and equipment

β β β β β These guys are the best in Toronto, can't say enough good things about them. Prices are very reasonable and they carry practically all the racquets, even some long discontinued models. Stringing is top notch and they will never cheat you by stringing loose like most other places. Enough said? :p

β β β β β My experience with the shop is horrible. I get my string fitted at this place last week. The string did not last one game. When I came to the shop complaining, the lady at the counter said it happened due to my fault. She said I used a higher pound and also my racquet had the plastic holder broken.
My point is - when I brought the string they conveniently did not notice these issues. I had asked the person for a recommendation (how much pounds to use) and he refused to even help. I then went with the specifications mentioned on the racquet. How can this classify as my fault.
The attitude of the person really sucks and I don't know how they get the license to operate with such bad customer service.
