I have purchased for myself as well as friends and family over 15 TV's and that is why I keep going back because of the service by all in store and will always go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MTC has been fantastic for years- our family has bought TVs, consoles, appliances, etc from here for a very long time. Last week I went in needing a new washer and dryer and was blown away by the service. I was in and out fairly quickly but felt that all of my needs had been met and all of my questions answered. The warranty they offer can’t be beat. We’re very happy with the product thus far. The only thing I would suggest is to arrange your own delivery, as the company they use has been atrocious to deal with. The last two deliveries my family has had done were absolute fiascos. As that’s not MTC’s fault it was not reflected in the stars given. But if you have the option, I would recommend handling it yourself, as we will do in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were always pretty happy with MTC but after this last experience, I am going to tread very carefully. Dishwasher broke after 5 months of use. It's been more than 2 months and we have yet to have the subcontracted warranty company fix it. Covid is now used as a blanket excuse. They really do milk it. They do not hold the warranty company accountable. If they continue to affiliate themselves or do business with unreliable, unresponsive companies they will lose plenty of business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mtc is one of the best refurbished appliances store I have been to they are legit and offer way better warranty options than the first hand stores. The staff Is amazing and professional our customer service rep Heather was very professional and gave us good discounts and deals I bought 4 appliances in 10 minutes and it was very organized and efficient store and staff.
Will always ho to MTC and will also refer anyone to check them out who looks to buy appliances

Heather was the woman I dealt with from the first time I came into your store, and from that first meeting she proved herself to be an excellent ambassador for your establishment. She knew her products extremely well, and was able to explain different options and features to my husband and I. She was very personable and easy to talk to. Following the initial trip, phone calls and emails were made, all of which Heather addressed promptly. She arranged for everything for us to accept delivery and made the whole experience extremely easy and stress-free.
With the product in our home, we are so pleased with it, it is exactly what we were looking for. I am so happy I found MTC and will continue to shop there, and tell others what great products you have there, and more importantly; what wonderful service you provide!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Damaged my sons PS5 to a point I doubted a repair would be possible. From first contact they (Michelle) were positive they could fix it. When I dropped it, they said it would take 2 weeks, reasonable I thought. 4 days later they called to say all was fixed and I could pick up....Excellent service, friendly staff and very reasonable price. Could not be happier.
