★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys stay away from this scammers they are trying to rip me off, Back in September 2021 I tried reactivate my membership I told person from membership team that I want to be out of contract no commitment monthly payment I do not know what she have done tried charge me twice a month, in December I got email from Movati saying I have outstanding balance 110$ that day I sent email to them to cancel my membership after that till today I have not received any corespondents from Movati 4 days ago I called movati wanted to reactivate my membership I was told my balance now 700$ after pandemics lockdown they got hangry to rip the people. now they gave me collection I am trying to reach general Manager Ryan she is never pick up the phone now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest cheats I have ever seen. They signed me up on a no commitment membership 2 years ago and the gym closed Immediately after. NOw I received a collection notice for $578. No one at the gym is there to take my call and I am being bullied into paying an amount for never using the gym in my life. I have never received a notice from them to pay an outstanding balance. I hope they have to shut forever. I hate people and businesses that try unethical practices to try and squeeze their clients out of money.
Update: 03/04/2022
After my review, Movati reached out to me and had a conversation explaining what had happened and apologized. They have refunded the extra money that I was charged by the collection agency. Gyms in general have employees that are sharks when it comes to signing up customers as they are paid based on new customers and some times they do it by cutting corners and not fully explaining the pros and cons of the deal. But I appreciate management reaching out and fixing the error. By doing this they have regained their trust and I would sign up with Movati again. I am just one person in the may customers they service and will not make a dent in their business but the fact that they have taken the time to fix my problem speaks volumes of their business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one’s going to write about how terrible the sauna is?? They keep the temperature at all time lows at this specific location. If your looking to join this club for the amenities as well - you can count out the sauna as it’s basically useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it was my first time in the gym. I didn't have an appointment but the staff still made sure I got set up and had s tour. the facility itself was beautiful tons of equipment open in both the coed & women's facility. Can't wait to check out some classes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The club is good, with great classes, facilities- no concerns.
But in their cafe, they serve you shakes with 54 gr of sugar, and the norm per day is 24. So you spend the whole hour trying to lose some weight and be more healthy, and then you get it all back and even more!! Is that a way to keep people in the club, so they never achieve their goals?? And also this info is not shared on the menu board, unless you ask. So be careful there.
And btw, espresso is awful as well.

Cleanliness at the club is top quality and classes are superbly run and availability of anything you wish to do is fantastic with awesome instructors. I 100% recommend this gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to try Emmas Power and Flow!! Challenging, upbeat, and overall inspirational. Young girl with a great amount of potential. This class allows you to feel all the sensations with an added amount of power. You leave feeling exactly the way you want to feel. Along with the classes, the gym itself is in great condition. The members and employees are amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing gym, always super clean and the staff is so friendly. I just wish they had any option out of 6:30am, 7am, 7:30am or even 8am classes. For anyone who works a 9 to 5 job, the only way to do a morning class is 6am - which means waking up at 5ish. My previous gym had a 7am class and it worked out perfectly for me and a bunch of friends who worked 9-5s. The classes at Movati are amazing, so if they could make this one improvement, it would be a solid 5/5 star!
