T	Taryn Kavanagh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at ETF. During quarentine they offered online classes (Zoom with a coach or by yourself). They've been open since we entered Stage 3 - the studio has good sanitizing and they record your name and temperature when you enter. You have to be masked in the lobby but not while you're working out. All stations are socially distanced. I feel very safe and comfortable working out here. The coaches and front desk staff are AWESOME. They come with so much energy each day which helps me get through the workouts. I appreciate their dedication.

Kay provides such friendly welcoming management, and the coaches, Nicole and Erin are energetic, motivating and go above and beyond to connect with you and ensure you're exercising with correct form and the right intensity levels. Great variety of workouts that include cardio, strength and agulity. The facility and equipment are top notch, and sanitization and distancing protocols are followed. Going to a class makes you want to keep going back. Love coming here and highly recommend. Join the Frog squad!

Every time I go, I feel like I have had a full body workout. I have seen incredible results since joining. It feels more like a community rather than just a gym. ❤️

They will make sure you feel comfortable and part of the community. The coaches are amazing and make sure you're doing your exercises with proper form. They will encourage you to do better. Every time I workout at eat the frog, it makes me want to come back for more. There's no better place to workout in Burlington!

I attended my first session at Eat the Frog Fitness last night and really had a blast working through their circuit. The equipment, like Concept rowers and Keiser spin bikes are easy to use and the visual instructions and feedback make the workout incredibly motivating and easy to follow at a brisker pace then you thought you were capable of. I felt encouraged and liked the sense of community.

They focus on all levels of fitness whether you are a beginner all the way to intermediate. I've been with many other gyms and coaches but the atmosphere at Eat the Frog is different and very welcoming. I encourage anyone who is thinking of joining to just sign up! No regrets!
