F	Fayez A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Updated February 10, I went through my bank and got my money. // On January 31, I called planet fitness Burlington, talked to the store manager. I explained that I got charged the annual fee and request a refund, and that I am not using the gym. without empathy or consideration, been told, “Do you have a written proof that the person who helped you assured you you will not be charged the annual fee during the 2 month freeze”. Very disappointed with how this was handled and and that I was charged against my wish. I explained that I came in, in person, 2 month ago to cancel my membership, and was advised by the employee to freeze the membership instead and can call in within the 2 month if I still want to cancel. Also, I clearly stated to that person, i don’t want to be charged the annual fee as I will no longer need the membership. Was surprised on January 04, 2022, that they charged the annual fee without my consideration. I have been a loyal customer for the last three years. Very unhappy with this experience. Despite that I stressed that I don't want to be charged the annual fee in November 2021 when I came in to cancel, I was not treated with all fairness when January charges hit my account. I see is as (Tricking customers and convincing clients to freeze instead of cancelling and telling me to sign the pad only means that you understand that it is your responsibility to call us if you still want to cancel) is not honest business. Very dissatisfied how this was handled, very poorly. Sent an email to corporate office, through the Mobile App, 3 weeks ago never heard back. Zero customer service.

He was so so helpful, I asked him so many questions and he answered all of them. He help me sign up and made me feel comfortable about joining a new gym. I highly recommend that if you are going to sign up or need any help to ask him!
