If you are looking for quality instruction in a friendly environment, BAMA is the right Academy to attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a family, we've been members for 5+ years. There are many benefits to this club such as social interaction, fitness and fun. In addition, Brazilian Jujitsu, as an art, has a high learning curve and there is always more to accomplish and develop. Keep up the great work BAMA!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming to BAMA for women's kickboxing for a couple of months now and it is such an inclusive and fun environment to be in. Shelley is a great instructor and always makes the classes fun! Being a woman with a disability is tough for a fitness class, but Shelley always modifies for me in such a way that it's still challenging but won't hurt me. I'd recommend this particular class to anyone who asks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing school with amazing instructors and students. When I first started I weighed 245 at 6' and now I'm down to a trim 205. If you're looking for a gym, then look no more. It's a great place to build confidence and challenge yourself in a positive atmosphere. I will be signing my kids up as well in September.
