★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything from professional training to beginner workouts, this place has developed athletes of all ages and experience.
The values that this gym and all the members have are exactly the atmosphere that I want my kids and family to be involved in.
I can't think of a better place to spend your time and energy. Plus, there's some pretty great coaches!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Children have been with BAAC for a few years and I am constantly impressed with the care and dedicaton of the coaches. They have inspired my children to eat better, strive, and dedicate themselves to a lifetime of great habits. It is impossible to describe how much impact all the coaches have had - both of my children look forward to classes, leadership skills and training.
The facility itself is kept impeccably clean and functional. It has a lot of room for all participants and great equipment available for conditioning.
I highly recommend any parent looking to give BAAC a try - Also, parents are invited to work out with brillinat trainers in a fitness circuit offered at the same time the classes are being held.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I trained at the Bay Area Athletic Club for three years and it was a huge part of some of the greatest years of my life. It provided an outlet for stress, a great community, opportunity for travel and improvement in various aspects of my life, and was like a second family. It is far more than a gym but a fabulous support group, a place where you are surrounded by warm heart and bug smiles. It is a gym where you can develop more physically, improve your health and improve your quality of life. It is an exceptional gym with amazing coaches, students and the opportunity to be a part of great team.

Starting to train here was one of the best decisions I've ever made, and not just because of the amazing quality of the fitness provided. In the time I have spent here, I met many new people developed important leadership skills, and learned a lot about myself. All of the coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. If I hadn't joined this club, I would not be the person I am today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter has been a member at BAAC for almost 4 years. She has been training in the children’s recreational and now youth competitive classes.
This continues to be such a positive experience. There is the obvious reason of great exercise in a clean well maintained facility . We have made new friends. The encouragement and support she gets from the coaches and fellow members, is amazing. The coaches are fabulous and genuinely care for their students.
The club has such a wonderful sense of community, you really feel as part of a family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both my kids are attending their kids program regularly. Instructors are great and they share their own life stories with my kids so they can learn from the experience. Great program for kids to build their confidence and self defense skills. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAAC is a nice facility and they treated my child with respect however their membership policy is too strict. They charge very large fees to cancel membership. Buyer beware, know what you're getting into.
