★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a refurbished Pluto R since I didn't know wether I'd like e-biking. After riding over a 100 kilometers on different trails I'm very impressed. The pedal assist from stop and go's, hills, and through wind is amazing. It can handle small bumps and is great on well packed down trails. Awesome entry level E-Bike. Thanks RBSM Sports

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to assemble. They have tutorials on YouTube. The bike is a bit tall for me (5''3 with rather short legs) but would fit nicely for anyone taller or with longer legs. The bike is sturdy and easy to ride, even with motor off. However, with the motor on you will still need to hit the peddles when you are going up really steep slopes. It's definitely better than without the motor but still a good exercise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased an ebike via another retailer from this company last year and we had some damages when shipped. However, the company was quick to get the issues rectified. The bike was fantastic during our first year. We used it on some serious mountain bike trails and it performed fantastic. We stored it indoors for the winter and just brought it back out but unfortunately the display wasn't working for some reason. We contacted them and did some troubleshooting but it didn't solve the issue. This was on a Friday and by Monday, a new display arrived by courier. This is exceptional service and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again. Great product but even better is their great customer service.
