It is now the end of September, I have gotten 2 emails in all that time saying they were behind and I often see posting about new products on her Instagram page. If she would have stayed in contact and focused on the orders she needs to complete over designing new products I wouldn't have just asked for my return. I would have been fine with waiting if the customer service wasn't terrible. Don't order from here! I have never seen the yarn and cannot speak to its quality.

They don't answer emails, they don't update customers, and they act as if they are not grateful for your business. It took 6 months to get the yarn I ordered. It was not a dye to order skein of yarn and even if it was, that is an unreasonable amount of time. I reached out several times and only once they responding and it was extremely rude! I was going to cancel my order, but since they didn't answer emails, I wasn't sure they would even process a refund. Maybe that would have taken 6 months as well. Finally received the yarn and it is absolutely not worth the money. It looks beautiful on the website; it was totally different when I got it. I realize computers are different. I buy A LOT of yarn and this isn't because of "my" computer. THE WORSE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN! Please don't waste your time, or money. AND the yarn is expensive. I know it is a painstaking process to make gradient yarns, so I am willing to pay the money! NOT AT THIS PLACE! Nothing special trust me!!! Also, charges a boat load of money for shipping from Canada to the US, but ships from New York! I'm confused! I don't trust this business one bit!!! AWFUL!

Honestly nobody else does this, The Blue Brick has a unique concept and they do it so so well. And they just keep coming up with new (amazing) ideas! In my experience their customer service is consistently fantastic. Definitely check them out!

The ceramic bowl I bought is perfect for a large cake of yarn and a delight to look at. Every time I purchase from The Blue Brick I am happy with the products when they arrive. I have used the Tito Hat pattern at least 4 times. It is one of my favorites and my teenagers love the finished product. That alone is a miracle. The only time I had to contact customer service they were so quick to reply. Love this group! One day I will visit in person!
