I walked away to think about my purchase - after 2 weeks I decided to order online. The product was delivered quickly and without issue. Thanks guys I get to wrap myself a Christmas gift!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing but praises when it comes to customer service. So far, pretty satisfied with the item I purchased as well. Only gripe, not even their fault, was I couldnt find they Etobicoke location. Found out it was inside the storage facility, entrance is next to the wine cellar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service!! Beware!! They don't know anything about EUC's and how to repair them. Also you have to demand for them to honor the manufacturer's warranty. Buy from Eevee's or EUC Toronto they have amazing service and actually ride EUCs and are much more knowledgeable then the goons at Smartwheel (support businesses that care not only about the sale but about services and experience)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a Speedway 5 from one of their dealers in Toronto. Long story short it died after 100 feet of riding. The dealer called SmartWheel and I eventually got a replacement directly from SmartWheel. The owner even came down to Etobicoke to provide me with the replacement. These guys are top notch legit. They also provide test rides at their Burlington location - which really helped me decide mostly which e-scooters I didn't like. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With most reviews at 5*, it's no wonder after you come visit the store. The staff is great. Helpful where possible and if they didn't know, tired to help. The store front itself doesn't appear to be that big but I'm sure it's got a repair area and warehouse in the back. located in a commercial plaza, you'd never think there was a store selling electric vehicles. The website is decent but seeing the actual machines on display is a different experience all together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible staff experience and very welcoming to new riders! My girlfriend and I visited the location the other day to inquire about the ninebot escooters and the EUCs for myself. They made us feel very comfortable and let us try the scooters/EUCs out to see if they were something we would like. At first, I wasn't sure if the EUCs were for me but after working my way up to the veteran sherman EUC, I'm ready to drop some money on the new Veteran Abrams when it releases!! Well worth the money for a quality EUC like that.
Thanks again for your incredible service, smart wheel staff! My girlfriend and I couldn't stop talking about the experience we had after we left.
