★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to purchase a guitar, after my experience with this particular staff member, I ended up leaving right away. Among the rudest retail staff (some, not all) I have ever come across. This happened before...at the exact same location (Burlington). Clearly things have not changed. The staff do not care and only care about talking to other coworkers. Step up your game. After all, you're the only music store around nowadays, ever since you killed the small local family shops... you know, where they actually cared about the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I broke a string on my guitar yesterday and called up Long and McQuade to see if they could fix it. The man I spoke to was incredibly helpful and kind over the phone! I dealt with a man who I believed was named Curtis, who not only showed me how to fix the string, but also tuned my guitar in less than 5 minutes. He absolutely made my day when he waved the fee for the new string. I had a rough day and snapping my string was the cherry on top. Curtis and the staff at the store absolutely made my day! Thank you for putting a smile back on my face!!!

Staff are very knowledgeable, quick to help, and make it a very welcoming and comfortable environment. Can't say enough good things about Long & McQuade Burlington. Thanks for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly they recommended a drum pad set for my beginner son with VERY high walls on the pads, meaning it’s very difficult to strike the pads when you’re a beginner…..,,, when I went to the Hamilton store they laughed at what a terrible recommendation we got….. word to the wise always double check/2nd opinion

These guys helped me rebuild my dream guitar setup and I will continue coming back. Excellent service. Shoutout to Dan for cleaning my guitar while I payed. 11/10
