last weekend I went to store for plumbing part for my shower. however there all run out . I ask Mr George for help. he said he has saw last one before in storage and checked around long time for me. found it at the end. I really appreciate Mr George kindly help.

β β β β β Have to give them 5 stars after my experience getting a replacement ceiling fan blade. One of my 6 yr olds decided to be like Tarzan and swing from the fan. Without any hassle they found a replacement blade and we were out of the store in under a few minutes.
It can be tough to find some personnel sometimes but it has always been a good experience. Thanks again!

Washing machine, refrigerator, grill, garden furniture, electrical materials, flowers in pots, wood and PVC materials for home repairs, screws of all sizes and all kinds, door types, door locks, types of vacuum cleaners, etc. Let's not forget about flower and grass seeds in pots. It is also classified so beautifully that you can find what you are looking for very quickly. Already the employees come to help immediately and are interested. thank you.

β β β β β I was recently in to purchase a washer, dryer and dishwasher. We had awesome service from Adam in the appliance department along with Sharon (I believe that was her name). They were super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. On our way out we also met Eddie who helped load our dishwasher in the car..another pleasure to chat with!
While we were there my 2 year old decided to hide in between the dishwashers on display and gave us quite the scare. Adam and Sharon were on it immediately and called a 'code adam' over their head pieces. Within seconds employees everywhere were looking for my son. When we were leaving the cashiers also told us they had blocked the exits immediately when that happened. I really have to commend all the employees on that day with how on the ball everyone was within literal seconds. Thank you so much!
Will definitely be back & recommend!

β β β β β Home Depot is a dependable place to shop. Their prices are hard to beat, especially if you know exactly what you need! Finding someone to help you sometime can be an issue, but I worked at one, so I know my way around the store. Lol.

β β β β β I must admit. This may be the first time I rate 5/5! I believe Kent earned it.
I visited the store in Burlington this evening and obviously I needed help to find some particule boards I must purchase for my home reno.
Fortunately Kent was right there and tried to help me but was not on stock. He went out of his way to offer me other options and even provide me with other competitors details!
He also took me to another department as I needed other items and explained to me the various choices available.
Not only he did that but I found out later that when I approached him, he was getting ready to leave as his shift just ended.
I really believe he did an excellent job helping me to navigate the store and also to help me solve my problem.

I wish other Home Depot employees learn from you your excellent customer service and your dedication to help customers.

β β β β β In store was great. Had good experience in plumbing section. Lot of stuff around and ready to help any time. Outside huge parking lot where I can park my huge trailer big plus for me. Cashier was fast and super friendly. Definitely will come back again.

β β β β β Love Home Depot and this store doesn't disappoint. Clean and organized with good stock. Good and consistent prices. Fantastic Christmas selection and displays. Help in departments is usually available, but has always been friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great system with their self serve order pickup lockers at the entrance. Parking and access to the parking lot is fair.
