★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tops installed my roof in 2011. At that time they were both extremely professional and friendly during and after installation. They provided me with neighbourhood houses that I could look at in order to see the shingles I thought I wanted. Fast forward to last week when I called them to tell them I had lost a shingle. In speaking with Wanda she kindly offered to call Brian to tell him and he offered to come and look at the roof right away. This morning I heard hammering on my roof and when I went outside Brian was finished the job. He was here about 10 minutes and because I was a previous customer this call was free! Service doesn't get any better than this!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brian and Wanda at Tops Roofing provided me with excellent customer service regarding a ventilation repair. Wanda was very diligent in arranging for Brian to come to my home promptly to inspect and solve my concern. Brian arrived timely and clearly outlined the work that he would be doing. He was courteous, efficient and professional. After the work was completed, Brian provided me with a detailed explanation of the repair issue as well as photos. Tops Roofing did an excellent job installing my roof in 2016 and a follow up repair was completed with just as much care and fairness. Thank you to Brian and Tops Roofing for being a reliable and customer orientated company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roof was installed in 2011 with IKO Cambridge Shingles By Tops Roofing.
After a wind storm in Mississauga that blew off a section of my roof in 2020, I called Tops back to repair the damage. Brian was quick to identify the issue that was caused due to the Shingle glue not adhering correctly and repaired it at no cost to me!!
I would absolutely recommend Tops Roofing and Brian to anyone looking for a new roof/repair.
Very Professional and awesome AFTER SERVICE which is what counts the most!

Tops has installed three new roofs for me over the years and most recently a new living room bow window at the front of our home which looks fantastic and always garners many compliments. Tops is tops in my book and always there when you need them. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't normally write reviews but felt I had to this time. From beginning to end our experience with Tops Roofing this week was outstanding! Why do I say this? Some real examples. First, flexibility. They accommodated a last minute change in our schedule; performing the work one month ahead of time. Second, excellent job-site clean-up. You couldn't tell they had just put on a brand new roof on our house. Third, the quality of their work is amazing; I've already had several of my neighbors comment on how great our new roof looks! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tops Roofing installed new shingles and new skylights on my angular roof in 2012. 9 years later the roof still looks new and the skylights are awesome.
I recently inquired about redoing my flat roof as another contractor thought it may warrant a change soon. I contacted Brian at Tops Roofing, and he quickly evaluated the roof. Instead of just selling me a new flat roof, he suggested I wait a few more years...he indicated it could last 5 more years!!!
Tops is a professional, honest and high integrity roofing contractor. I would highly recommend Tops Roofing to anyone looking for help on their roof. Thank you Brian for everything you do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two storms since tops replaced our roof and both times shingles have come off. You get what you pay for. Then they wanted 400 dollars just to have a look. Go elsewhere for better customer treatment.
