★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say about Absolute Mould Remediation…..they made a bad situation turn good! I contacted Vincent with a mould issue, and he was very helpful to answer any and all my questions. He was patient with our situation that others wouldn’t be. Once the work was started to clean and remove the mould, Danielle took over with her team and all I can say is WOW. As I didn’t know what to expect, Danielle and her team went over and beyond what we thought would be. Not only did they do a great job on removing all that needed to be done, they made sure the place was kept clean as they worked. Danielle’s attending the detail, is what I call a true professional. She kept me in the loop the whole time, and answered any and all my questions. Not only are they removing the mould, she and her team and also putting everything back to the way it used to be. Working with Absolute Mould is like working with a trusted friend. Thank you all for your hard work, and for making a bad situation good. I’m so glad that we found you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Absolute Mould Remediation regarding some mould we discovered in a cold storage space in our basement. Vincent and the team were amazing. Absolute Mould Remediation is a family business and they take pride in the work they do. The team arrived on time and worked throughout the day and the cleanup was first class. You cannot cut corners with this type of work - doing so can place your entire home at risk. Vincent and the team were very friendly, professional and shared some tips on how we should maintain the cold storage space moving forward. I would highly recommend AMR for any mould related activity in your home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like anyone in a mould situation it is a very stressful time. Especially when you have just bought a house and everything seemed fine. After discovering two leaks in our basement along with a broken furnace we were understandably upset and stressed out to also discover a bad mould situation. Vince explained everything in a very detailed manner and Danielle also was very helpful during preparation. The team was professional and courteous during the remediation and explained everything in the process and how long they would be to bring us back to a mould free basement as quickly as possible.
The work was done exactly how it was explained and Vince has gone out of his way to ensure we understood what was happening and made a very bad situation much easier. I can't say enough about Vince, Danielle and team. I would highly recommend them as a straight forward, honest no nonsense remediation team. They have taken pictures throughout the entire process and I thanks them for helping alleviate the stress of this as much as possible.
Kudos to everyone at Absolute, you are a truly professional organization.

Finding water damage and then mould can be very stressful, but Vincent did a great job educating me to make a good decision on how I should proceed. Danielle was eager to share her knowledge during the removal, which put our minds at ease. Danielle and her crew worked hard ALL day - this is not a job for a homeowner...and it is worth the expense to have this done correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company was fantastic to deal with. They addressed our mould issues in the attic of a newly purchased home, and then later we called them to deal with more mould found in the basement. They were fantastic each time. They did exactly what they promised. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. They not only completed work that we hired them to do but also helped us with other things, not the least of which was to direct our attention toward another potentially hazardous issue that they had uncovered during the process of remediation. We are so grateful to them, and would recommend them to anyone! Everyone on the team was really great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Absolute Mould Remediation after having another company come in and assess some mould that was found in my shower. From the moment I spoke with Vince, he was upfront and straight to the point. Vince arrived to my house within a couple of hours. The previous company had told me that there were very high amounts of moisture behind my large, custom tiled shower and that it needed to all be ripped out. That didn’t sit well with me as this was a recent and very expensive renovation. Vince did his inspection and told me that there was not much moisture behind the tile, and that he was quite sure that this was a surface issue. He also made a great suggestion to open up one of the shower walls via the drywall from an adjoining room instead of tearing out thousands of dollars of tile. So, I took the chance he suggested and booked to have Danielle come in to remove the surface mould, re-caulk the shower and chemically clean the room. Danielle and another member of their team arrived on time and ready to work. She took the time to answer my questions and share her knowledge. Later that afternoon, I returned to my home to see about the walls that I had been told were full of moisture… as Vince had suspected… there was no mold… it was dry, built on cement board and the liners at the bottom of the shower were also intact and installed properly. They did a very nice job on the clean up and tiles... it looks brand new!!! So, I’m giving them a 5-star review… because they saved me thousands in loss and reconstruction. Both Vince and Danielle followed up with me to talk about what to look for in the future and how to best avoid the mould coming back. They answered all my questions and assured me that I can call anytime if I have more… Glad I trusted my instincts to choose AMR! If you are looking for quality and honesty… choose them! Thanks for everything!

Tried removing it myself first but sometimes best to leave these things to the pros.
Prices were fair they showed up on the date and time agreed upon.
The AMR team did a very professional job. Wood looks like new again even though its over 20 years old.
I would highly reccomend them and will definitly use again should I be unfortunate enough to encounter mold again.
Dealing with Vince and his daughter Danielle was a pleasure too.
