★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place in Burlington is bigger than the one in Oakville, there is more space in between the isles, and the choice is slightly better, the books section is impressive. Plato’s closet is next door - that’s convenient! Staff is friendly and professional. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is such a great variety of baby, toddler and kids clothes. I love that they have special events for seasonal clothing, like halloween and Christmas. It is great to have a place where you can get lightly used items for babies, toddlers and kids who outgrow clothing and toys fast.

It was the perfect barely used products. So i wasted time going in there nd going back there to take it again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The concept of the store is great, it provides a much needed service for parents who want to be part of the circular economy. When you come in as a buyer, everything's awesome.
BUT, bringing stuff in to sell is a totally different experience. The ladies behind the counter give off a mean highschool girl vibe. It appears they are greatly inconvenienced by the presence of the sellers and they are constantly making snide remarks and rude comments. It was a humbling experience going in there, I was taken aback by how belittling it feels to try and sell something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! Helpful staff! Our Lil guy is growing so fast and buying new isn't in our budget. Once Upon A Child has a massive selection of clothes and styles for all ages. We snagged a Pink Floyd onesie!!
