He was very patient, explained to us in detail where the problems were and how we can fix them and then he took care of one urgent issue. He did an excellent job! He was able to quickly identify the problem was a leaking faucet in the bathtub upstairs, which was easily replaced and fixed at a very low cost. He then provided us great advice on how to fix the kitchen ceiling by patching and painting it over, and gave us lots of information on all potential options for repair. Silver Linings Restoration is a great company, with an owner who is responsive, thorough, professional and prompt. It was a great experience working with this company and I highly recommend to anyone needing restoration work in their home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company tried to ask more money on top of what was agreed upon after removing my floors, then applying toxic smelling adhesive on the bare floor to try and get away from installing an underlayment which was part of the deal. Owner promised to rectify the situation and adhere with original agreement then suddenly he demanded more money by threatening to NOT finish the job leaving me with a bare basement floor with toxic smelling adhesive. I just cut my loses and refused to pay his ransom. Conversations of the agreements are recorded.

I had a serious flood and Radu and his team got to work and restored my entire condo by pulling up floor, installing new floors and painting the whole condo. He and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and constantly offered assurance during such a stressful time. They really know their stuff. I would recommend them and would certainly use them in the future should I need any work done. Great Company to work with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were in a horrible spot as we discovered a leak in our basement that had been there for a while and formed mold in our home. It was a complete mess and insurance was refusing to help us. Radu came over the day I called him and ensured me he was there for me and would not only remove the mold but help me in dealing with insurance.
We had other mold removal quotes but we chose Radu because he was so trustworthy and genuine. He went over and beyond when he did the job and made us feel safe in our home again. Knowing that this was such a priority, the job was done within days and we felt such a sense of relief. Since then, with his guidance, we have gotten the help of our insurance company and have chosen Radu to complete the renovations to our damaged basement.
I would highly recommend Radu. For him, it is not about the money but making sure clients are taken care of and are safe. His prices are very reasonable and he does a much more through job than the others. I am so glad we found him.

The quality of the work was excellent. Beyond that, he went out of his way to assist with an insurance claim and provided invaluable expertise on dealing with the insurer. I found him to be highly ethical and professional. I would unreservedly recommend Silver Lining Restoration.
